About the position

- Menanggapi baik secara lisan maupun tertulis keluhan yang masuk dari media cetak dan elektronik (telepon, kotak saran, call center, surat atau email yang masuk ke perusahaan) - Menanggapi setiap keluhan yang datang dari konsumen sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan - Melakukan pendekatan kepada konsumen secara langsung atau melalui media lain yang ada di perusahaan - Melakukan administrasi penanganan keluhan konsumen secara tepat.
