About the position
1. Menyambut dan mengantarkan tamu ke tempat duduk 2. Menerima pesanan tamu 3. Merekomendasikan menu ke tamu untuk peningkatan penjualan 4. Mengkonfirmasi pesanan ke tamu 5. Menyiapkan perlengkapan makan dan minum untuk tamu 6. Menangani Customer Complaint 7. Menjaga kebersihan area kerja Persyaratan/Kualifikasi lainnya : 1. Berlatar belakang pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK terutama jurusan Perhotelan, 2. Berpengalaman sebagai Crew Cafe / Hotel / Restaurant 3. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Basic Service Skill 5. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan di hari libur nasional / tanggal merah.place of work
