About the position
1. Melayani Customer yang ingin makan di resto cafe 2. Running (Mengantar pesanan) makanan dan minuman 3. Upselling Menu 4. Clear Up (Pembersihan Saat Opening, Onsite, Closing) Tugas Tanggung jawab : 1. Membersihkan dan menata resto cafe saat opening (Buka), Onsite (Saat Kerja) dan Closing (Tutup) seperti : Menyapu, Mengepel, merapikan meja kursi, membersihkan meja, menyemprot tanaman hias secara berkala 2. Mengantar makanan dan minuman (Saat pesanan customer yang sudah dipesan dan dibuat oleh tim produksi wajib diantarkan ke meja customer sesuai no meja sesuai taking order yang telah dilakukan. 3. Upselling menu (Seperti : Favorite menu , Promo, Best seller menu 4. Greeting (tegur salam sapa terhadap customer, karyawan dan level management) dalam bekerja 5. Mengikuti aturan dan sop yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan terutama kedisplinan dalam bekerjaplace of work
