1. Melakukan proses pembelian barang pada suplier 2. Menganalisa stock masing-masing suplier terhadap pembelian 3. Analisa kebutuhan operasional 4. Buffer stock untuk season tertentu 5. Melakukan negosiasi kepada suplier untuk mendapatkan harga terbaik. 6. Melakukan kalkulasi untuk pembelian serta perhitungan margin item barang. 7. Evaluasi pembelian berdasarkan inventory turn overplace of work
