1. Membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan konsumen (Proses Negosiasi) 2. Melakukan kunjungan dan survey kelayakan calon konsumen untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB Mobil 3. Melaporkan analisa hasil survey calon konsumen dalam bentuk survey report dan dituangkan dalam sistem 4. Menawarkan kembali Product BFI kepada konsumen lama untuk melakukan pembiayaan kembaliplace of work
