About the position

1. Melakukan pendekatan persuasif dan penagihan konsumen yang memiliki keterlambatan pembayaran >90 hari 2. Melakukan pemberian SP kepada konsumen yang mengalami keterlambatan pembayaran 3. Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan konsumen dan pihak terkait (ormas, eksternal / professional collector, mata elang, dll) 4. Melakukan penarikan barang jaminan konsumen yang bermasalah
