- Melayani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan lewat telepon, email, atau chat. - Menjelaskan produk atau layanan kepada pelanggan dan membantu dalam proses pembelian. - Mengurus pengembalian atau penggantian produk sesuai kebijakan. - Membantu pelanggan dalam memecahkan masalah teknis atau terkait produk. - Memproses pesanan pelanggan dan memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu. - Menjaga catatan komunikasi dan memberikan respon yang ramah. Kriteria: - Wanita - Usia 18-25 tahun - Mampu mengoperasikan excel, word - Familiar dengan sosial media - Terbuka untuk fresh graduate SMA/SMK
