1. Bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan barang-barang 2. Memastikan harga sesuai budget 3. Memastikan ketersediaan barang 4. Memastikan kualitas dan spesifikasi barang yang digunakan 5. Melakukan negoisasi 6. Pemeriksaan atas supplier yang akan bekerja sama 7. Bertanggung Jawab membuat Purchase Order (PO) ke supplier 8. Bertanggung Jawab mengontrol sampai barang yang diorder diterima user 9. Bertanggung Jawab melakukan negosiasi harga & proses pembayaran 10. Bertanggung Jawab membuat rekapan pembelian dan laporannya 11. Aktif memberikan laporan terkait pekerjaannya kepada Head of Departement terkait
