- Establish and Implement a Recruitment Flow - Acquisition strategy, resume selection, interviews process, evaluation techniques, employee contract, onboard training, etc. - Nurture a positive working environment - Manage company’s recruitment site - Job posting, brand activities and other creative contents, etc. - Manage payroll related task - Salary calculation, Allowance & Deduction influence by Attendance, etc. - Register and Monitor Employee Data for BPJS Kesehatan & etc. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Maintain pay plan and benefits program - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
