- Memantau akun untuk mengidentifikasi hutang yang belum dibayar - Menyelidiki data historis untuk setiap utang atau tagihan - Menemukan dan hubungi klien untuk menanyakan tentang pembayaran mereka yang telah jatuh tempo - Mengambil tindakan untuk mendorong pembayaran utang tepat waktu - Memperbarui catatan status akun dan upaya pengumpulan - Melaporkan aktivitas penagihan dan status piutang KUALIFIKASI : - Laki-Laki/Perempuan, Usia Maks. 30 tahun - Pendidikan minimal D3 /S1 - Memiliki pengalaman dibidang deskcoll, telesales, contact centre (telephony job) - Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar - Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office - Sehat jasmani dan rohani - Komunikatif dan percaya diriplace of work
