1. Usia maksimal 40 tahun. 2. Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin/Elektro. 3. Berpengalaman SPV/Leader Teknisi MEP 4. Dapat Memahami fungsi Utility gedung ( Travo, MVMDP, LVMDP, Genset, HVAC, STP, Lift, Pompa ). Menguasai Mechanical, Electrical, Administrasi, dan mengetahui pekerjaan sipil serta mampu menyusun SOP gedung dan melaksanakan preventife maintenance. 5. Good & Strong Leadershipplace of work
