About the position
Teaching young children from 2 - 6 years old. Provide two way communication between school and parents. Develop and monitor standardized curriculum and assess teaching methods as required. Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social & physical development. Qualification: Fresh Graduated. Bachelor degree in Education or Psychology from a reputable university. Familiar or experienced in Cambridge Curriculum. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Responsible, highly motivated, fast learner and demonstrates initiative and elaborative ability. Competencies: Have good communication skills with a positive attitude and good sense of humor. Passionate about teaching and love to work with children. Excellent teaching skills (classroom management, lesson planning, assessment tools, differentiations, etc.). Competence in using technology to support teaching & learning. Good team work, confident, hard-working, self-reliant and well-motivated. Computing, designing and other related skills, such as: playing musical instruments, dancing, singing, story-telling, etc. Location: Surabaya, Indonesiaplace of work
