'1. Mengumpulkan contact person ataupun pihak yang mewakili kawasan (RT/RW/Kelurahan/Developer/Paguyuban/Owner, dll) 2. Menghubungi ataupun melakukan pendekatan kepada pihak kawasan untuk melakukan proses sitac 3. Melakukan negosiasi awal terkait kerjasama pembangunan infra di lokasi tsb (Roll Out) 4. Menjalin & menjaga hubungan baik dengan mitra (Developer / Land Lord) 5. Menyiapkan laporan secara berkala '1. Minimum 1 years experience 2. Minimum education Diploma Degree in all majors 3. Have a strong self-motivationplace of work
