Qualifications & experience - Min D3 any major - High School graduate can apply with minimum 1 year exp as CS in BPO Call Center - Fluent in english and melayu - Excellent written communication skills in english and melayu - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons
