About the position
1. Memiliki kemampuan mengelola Gedung / Utility dan Equipment Building 2. Memiliki pengalaman Chief Teknisi Gedung Bertingkat / Leader Teknisi Gedung minimal 3 tahun atau lebih 3. Memiliki pengalaman Teknisi Listrik HVAC minimal 2 tahun atau lebih 4. Memahami dan menguasai fungsi Utility Gedung Bertingkat : Mekanikal, Elektrikal, MVAC, HVAC, LVMDP, Travo, Genset, Plumbing & STP 5. Good & Strong Leardership 6. Komunikatif, Jujur, Displin dan Bertanggungjawab 7. Dapat menganalisis dan problem solving 8. Terbiasa memimpin dan mengarahkan anak buah minimal 15 orang / lebih yang menjadi pengawasannya baik kinerja dan disiplin kerja 9. Membuat Analisa kebutuhan reparasi dan pengadaan baru pada perangkat kerja 10. Terbiasa menggunakan computer 11. Terbiasa membuat laporan hasil pekerjaanplace of work
