About the position
Sales Motoris adalah sales yang mempunyai kendaraan pribadi sendiri yang merupakan satuan kerja yang melakukan penjualan produk Orang Tua Group secara langsung ke Outlet dan Warung serta Toko Kelontong. Sales Motoris membawa barang langsung menggunakan saddle bag berisi produk yang dijual untuk langsung Jualkan ke Outlet dan untuk pembayaran Cash. SOP PERUSAHAAN 1. Jam masuk 07.30-17.00 ( menyesuaikan depo) 2. Absen manual by group Selfie depan depo (aplikasi kamera gpscamera) dan fingerprint di depo (ketentuan masing2 depo) 3. Wajib report aplikasi artaboga. 4. Minimal kunjungan toko 15 Warung perhari. 5. HARI KERJA SENIN - SABTU (MINGGU & TANGGAL MERAH LIBUR) Benefit : -.Gaji pokok 80% UMK Sesuai Penempatan -. Tuj. Transport 28.000/Hari -. Kerajinan Rp 250.000 ( Wajib masuk 26 Hari tanpa izin ) - Insentif Penjualan Produk Dijual : Divisi AB3 • Air mineral crystaline • Teh gelas • Larutan panjang jiwo • Susu Tango kids Divisi AB2 • Wafer tango • Wafer Fullo • Biskuit Imperial • Permen fruzz • Pasta/sikat Gigi formula NOTE : bisa di pilih divisi apa yg mau di bawa ab2 atw ab3 dan juga tergantung kebutuhan depo divisi mana yang kosong (BERSEDIA/ TIDAK BERSEDIA )place of work
