1. Handling customer yang bertanya perihal produk baik melalui chat atupun telfon 2. Melakukan follow up customer dari database 3. Memberikan solusi kepada customer sesuai program OTCA 4. Melakukan reporting data Kualifikasi : 1. Pendidikan minimal Diploma 2. Memiliki pengalaman dibidang sales / marketing / customer care menjadi nilai plus 3. Freshgraduate dipersilahkan untuk apply 4. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik 5. Memiliki skill negosiasi yang baik 6. Siap bertumbuh dan mengikuti culture di perusahaan 7. Siap bekerja dengan target dan selalu bertumbuh 8. Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft office dengan baik dan familiar dengan google driveplace of work
