- Menjawab telepon dan menanggapi permintaan dan pertanyaan klien. - Mengelola dan memperbarui database perusahaan. - Melacak persediaan dan memesan persediaan. - Memelihara catatan keuangan, karyawan, dan klien. - Menyusun dan mengirimkan korespondensi pelanggan dan buletin. - Mengorganisir acara, menjadwalkan pertemuan, dan membuat pengaturan perjalanan. - Mengelola pemeliharaan peralatan kantor dan fasilitas. - Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada departemen atau proyek lain sesuai kebutuhan. - Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan.
