Job Descriptions: - Visiting, education and acquisition of potential agents - Maintain and educate and improve relationships with agents - Monitoring agent performance according to area of responsibility - Targeted and strategic sales implementation - Increase agent productivity Job Requirements: - Required minimum education is S1 - Experience in Field Sales / Marketing minimum 1 year - Possessed SIM C and own personal motorcycle - Have strong and good leadership skills - Have a Smartphone and be used to using Digital Applications - Have a good strategic plan and communication - Must like field work with high motivation - Must have a private vehicle and control the local city area - Strong and creative in networking and collaborating with communities, government agencies, and store ownerplace of work
