DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN : • Bekerja sama dan membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan customer melalui marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, dsb) • Membalas chat/ live chat/ email pertanyaan, complain dan permintaan retur barang dari pihak customer • Melakukan follow-up pertanyaan, permintaan retur barang maupun complain dari customer marketplace • Weekly dan monthly job reporting Kualifikasi : - Pendidikan min D3/S1 - Min berpengalaman di bidang terkait - Kemampuan dalam penyelesaian masalah - Paham dasar tentang produk atau layanan perusahaan
