About the position
(PENEMPATAN SESUAI DOMISILI) Jobdesk: Mengirim paket yang sudah disortir di HUB ke alamat customer. Paket kecil-kecil, dan cangkupan areanya 1-3 RW saja. 1. Status awal: Kemitraan - Dibayar perpaket - Belum ada gaji/tunjangan lain - No target & Jam kerja fleksibel 2. Skema benefits: Mitra Rider (motor) 2000/paket Mitra Driver (mobil pribadi/Dropshipper) 5400/paket 3. Sistem penggajian: Gajian per 2 minggu sekali periode 1-15 cair tanggal 25 16-31 cair tanggal 10 (TIDAK ADA POTONGAN APAPUN) *Jika performa bagus (dari segi absensi dan pembawaan paket), akan naik menjadi kurir DEDICATED (Berpengalaman) dengan rincian benefits sebagai berikut: - Gaji pokok UMK Setempat - Insentif tambahan (Apabila mencapai target) - Bonus Hari Raya - BPJS - Lembur/Overtime - Uang Kehadiran (LOWONGAN INI TIDAK DIPUNGUT BIAYA ALIAS GRATIS)place of work
