- Menjadwalkan acara atau rapat - Menyiapkan alat tulis kantor dan perlengkapan lainnya - Mengatur database internal - Mengirim laporan pengeluaran - Menyimpan catatan karyawan (fisik dan digital) - Memelihara sistem pengarsipan untuk data pelanggan dan mitra eksternal - Mendistribusikan surat masuk dan surat keluar - Menyiapkan laporan dan presentasi rutin - Mengatur, menyimpan dan mencetak dokumen perusahaan sesuai kebutuhan - Menjawab dan mengalihkan panggilan telepon - Membuat pengaturan perjalanan - Menangani pertanyaan dari manajer dan karyawan - Memperbarui kebijakan kantor dan pastikan kepatuhan terhadapnya
