Office, Input Program and SAP Program Numbers friendly Reporting matters Document management skills Detail oriented JOBDESC: Input sales order (SO) and delivery note (DN) Check price for SO in SAP Follow up delivery schedule to SCM Create billing invoice and tax Disccount display SO return process Assist Branch Manager for Sales Contract CV rebate boucher Input and print DO/DR, control credit limit sales order Check CN and make evidance discount of CN and FOC to dealer Sales collection daily report AR confirmation Report total sales and collection Sales closong (matching price & discount, FOC, CN, faktur) Daily tracking omset, monitoring return, AR overdue and voucher supportplace of work
