About the position
1. Membuat dan mengawasi jadwal produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan. 2. Menentukan kebutuhan bahan baku berdasarkan target produksi. 3. Memastikan proses produksi berjalan sesuai standar kualitas dan waktu yang ditetapkan. 4. Memastikan semua peralatan produksi berfungsi dengan baik dan aman. 5. Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar kualitas yang ditentukan. 6. Melakukan inspeksi kualitas secara berkala. 7. Mengawasi dan membimbing tim produksi agar bekerja secara efisien. 8. Mengelola pembagian tugas di antara anggota tim dan memastikan produktivitas optimal. 9. Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku untuk memenuhi kebutuhan produksi.place of work
