About the position
1. Contribute to the project recruitment process (e.g., short listing, contacting candidates, doing and scheduling HR interviews and/or user interviews). 2. Assist in general recruitment administrative duties by coordinating with the HR team or the user. 3. Maintaining recruitment data related to recruitment process Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. 2. Min. 1 year experience in recruiting 3. Preferably living in Jabodetabek area 4. Knowledge of the entire recruitment process is advantageous. 5. Communicative and self-starter 6. Have a strong desire to meet goals and work under pressure. 7. Desire to learn new things in fast pace environment 8. Can join immediatelyplace of work
