1. Minimal pendidikan D3 sederajat, dengan pengalaman Call Center Inbound. 2. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, secara lisan (tidak berdialek), Memiliki sikap serta kepedulian yang baik, dan pola pikir yang positif. 3. Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft office dan google office. 4. Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan. 5. Memiliki kemampuan dasar penggunaan komputer dan internet. 6. Bersedia kerja dengan skema shifting. 7. Berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan.
