- Menjawab keluhan, komplain, dan memberikan tanggapan yang tepat dari nasabah terkait permasalahan perbankan - Menjelaskan product knowlege dan layanan perbankan Kualifikasi: - Laki-laki/Perempuan dengan usia maksimal 28 tahun - Pendidikan D3/S1 Semua Jurusan dengan minimal IPK/GPA 2.75 - Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Call Center/Teller/Perbankan dan sejenisnya minimal 6 bulan - Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, mengetik, dan bahasa inggris yang baik - Good attitude dan customer oriented - Bersedia shifting
