- Bertindak sebagai contact person antara individu dan klien internal/eksternal - Menyaring dan mengarahkan panggilan telepon dan mendistribusikan korespondensi - Mengelola catatan harian dan menjadwalkan pertemuan dan janji - Membuat pengaturan perjalanan - Mengumpulkan data dan menulis notulensi rapat - Mengurus semua hal yang berkaitan dengan administrasi -Membuat & menyiapkan dokumen (seperti surat, laporan & presentasi) -Mengorganisir & merencanakan pertemuan Atasan dengan pihak terkait
