About the position
- Prepare presentation to clients regarding specifications and details about product & service - Discuss with customer and technical team to determine the most suitable type/product specifications to meet client needs. - Work with other sales engineer staff on marketing activities - Responsible for the process of making orders and arranging the delivery or installation of products. - Addressing special needs or constraints experienced by clients with the help of technical team. - Provide information to clients about changes that occur in products after certain updates or changes in service fees. - Analyze client requirements or conduct market demand research for new product development Notes: - Diploma degree majoring in Machinery/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering - Computer literacy is a must - Good communication in English - Able to drive a vehicleplace of work
