- Melakukan perekrutan AXI (agen Maxi) / mitra yang menjualkan produk Adira. - Melakukan pembinaan dan training kepada AXI agar produktif - Mengadakan dan mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan pertemuan rutin antar AXI - Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan activity plan bersama Regional Sales Manager dan SO channel - Menjadi konsultan axi agar menjadi Channel yang mandiri dan mampu membina dan mengembangkan jaringan yang ada dibawahnya ( Rekan Bisnis ).place of work
