- Membantu pelanggan melakukan pembelian, pemesanan, pembatalan, penukaran unit produk - Menjelaskan produk dan layanan kepada pelanggan secara menyeluruh - Menjawab semua pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh para pelanggan - Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan secara langsung maupun chat Kualifikasi : - Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK - Berpengalaman dibidang frontliner/ pelayanan diutamakan - Mampu berkomunikasi dengan lancar - Mampu bekerja secara tim/individu - Terbiasa berhadapan dengan customer
