1. Menjawab pertanyaan dan pesan customer secara baik, benar dan sopan. 2. Mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan. 3. Berinteraksi dengan customer melalui platform chat atau telepon. 4. Berinteraksi dengan customer mengenai keluhan dan masalah terkait Platform BigSeller lainnya serta memberikan tanggapan dan solusi akurat. 5. Menerima komplain dengan baik, follow up dan menyelesaikan komplain customer. 6. Berkoordinasi & berkolaborasi dengan tim internal.
