- Melakukan panggilan kepada pelanggan untuk mengingatkan service - Melakukan follow up kepuasan pelanggan - Membuat report harian terkait hasil follow up - Berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan sesuai SOP Honda - Follow Up Admin Sales Kualifikasi : - Pendidikan Minimal S1 dari jurusan apapun, fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar - Mampu menggunakan komputer (MS. Office), email, internet - Interpersonal & komunikasi baik - Penampilan rapi - Customer oriented
