About the position

1. Memberikan layanan dalam memproses data dengan cepat dan akurat 2. Mengelola proses pendaftaran layanan dan perselisihan yang timbul dari Merchant dan Stakeholder 3. Menjaga hubungan baik dan upaya membangun komunitas dengan Merchant dan Stakeholder kami 4. Memantau berbagai saluran komunikasi perusahaan 5. Mengumpulkan dan melaporkan setiap masalah teknis atau sistem saat proses pemasukan data 6. Melakukan tugas administratif yang melibatkan akun mitra (Pengisian ulang kredit, perubahan informasi mitra, dll) Kriteria: 1. Pendidikan Min. D3 2. Memiliki pengalaman dibidang Customer service/customer care/data entry field 3. Mahir mengoperasikan Excel 4. Wajib memiliki kemampuan dalam berbahasa inggris (Speak & write) 5. Bersedia bekerja secara shifting Benefit: - Basic salary - Night allowence - Attendance allowence - Health insurance (Premi Card) - BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
