About the position
Profesional dan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen bisnis dan komersial suatu program, mampu menyelesaikan seluruh proses penyiaran, dari mulai menyalurkan ide-ide baru, mengelola respons audiens mengenai konten program, hingga evaluasi performa announcer. memastikan bahwa acara berjalan sesuai dengan demografi audiens utama, memerhatikan kebutuhan pendengar, dan menerapkannya sebagai inti sebuah program. Kualifikasi: 1. Pria, Usia 28-40 Tahun. 2. Kreatif, Update info terkini, mengerti musik. 3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik dan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim. 4. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan. 5. Siap bekerja shifting dan flexible. 6. Memahami format radio dan format clock. 7. Memahami secara mendalam segmen radio. 8. Berpengalaman sebagai Produser di media radio (lebih disukai). 9. Mampu dan bertanggung jawab penuh atas iklan yang tayang. 10. Bersedia ditempatkan di kota :Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah.place of work
