- Membalas chat konsumen pertoko sesuai toko yang dipegang masing-masing. - Cek komplain costumer pertoko dari barang rusak, barang return sampai barang hilang setiap kasus wajib ada penyelesaian kasusnya dan ditulis di nota kasus. - Cek orderan yang belum dibayar pertoko, mengingatkan customer untuk pembayaran. - Membalas notifikasi penilaian pertoko dari bintang 1 sampai bintang 5 - Dari bintang 1-3 wajib menyelesaikan permasalahan customer sampai customer bersedia mengubah penilaian. - Bikin laporan kerjaan harian CS info ke grup CS Sebelu
