About the position
• Memastikan outlet beroperasional sesuai dengan ketentuan SOP perusahaan. • Memimpin dan mengatur sistem kerja seluruh anggota tim crew & kasir. • Mengatur shift kerja staf crew & kasir agar layanan pelanggan dapat berjalan dengan nyaman dan terfasilitasi dengan baik. • Mengambil langkah solutif dan cepat ketika staf menghadapi berbagai hambatan dalam menjawab atau menghadapi konsumen. • Membuat laporan sales harian, jadwal absensi crew & kasir. Kualifikasi : • D3/S1 semua Jurusan • Memiliki kemampuan Ms.Office. • Memiliki Pengalaman sebagai Leader di Perusahaan Retail, Hotel, Food & Beverage minimal 1 Tahun lebih Disukai. • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dan mampu memimpin sekelompok tim. • Pekerja keras dan memiliki inisiatif, proaktif, dan bertanggung jawab • Penempatan di Duta Mall Banjarmasin • Bersedia bekerja pada Hari Libur Nasional, dan Sistem Kerja Shiftplace of work
