About the position
- Memastikan target penjualan tercapai. - Menjalankan prosedur dan administrasi sesuai dengan SOP yang sudah dibuat dan ditetapkan dalam menunjang Operation. - Melakukan control dan check terhadap inventory store (slow moving, fast moving, dead moving) dan membuat report harian, mingguan dan bulanan ke pusat. - Melaksanakan Stock Opname di store sesuai waktu yang telah ditetapkan dengan penuh tanggung jawab. - Memastikan standar kualitas, layanan pelanggan terpenuhi, menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan masalah pelanggan. - Mengatur shift staff toko (melihat tanggal merah dan midnight sale mall)place of work
