Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan dengan Kepala Unit penagihan cabang mengenai hasil kunjungan 4. menerima pembayaran angsuran dan denda debitur melalui mobile collection 5. memberikan edukasi kepada debitur terkait pentingnya pembayaran angsuran
