- Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately - Manage the service registration process and disputes arising from our merchant and stakeholder - Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our merchant and stakeholder The Core Objectives: Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc. Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.)
