About the position
Bertanggung jawab untuk keseluruhan program Bertanggung jawab untuk pencapaian KPI seluruh tim nya Bersama KAE merancang PJP atau Journey Plan tim untuk kunjungan outlet yang efektif & efisien Memastikan Team Fullfillment di area masing-masing Monitoring Kinerja Key Account Executive Melakukan controlling & monitoring hasil kerja & kehadiran KAE setiap harinya Bertanggung jawab untuk data & laporan project Melakukan audit, Field Coaching, Role Play KAE Turut melakukan pendekatan & negosiasi outlet Bersama KAE Briefing, Pelatihan, Evaluasi dan Join visit tim Berkoordinasi dengan client internal & eksternal terkait update Man Power (Vacant & Recruitement) Update Database Man Power by Daily, Weekly & Monthly Pembuatan Payroll All Man Power Melakukan control terhadap settlement biaya operasional Update BPJS team Bertanggung untuk penagihan di setiap bulanplace of work
