About the position

Responsible for the New Merchant incubation process to ensure the performance of the new merchant joiner. Engage the long tail merchant to push the suitable campaign for the merchant. Create engagement activity offline and online to activate merchant community. Job Scope.Description: 1. New Merchant Incubation 2. Recommend and push merchat for Promotion adoption & Ads adoption 3. Merchant education via by conducting Merchant Academy 4. Engage merchant community offline and online 5. Merchant flow process improvement Requirements / Criteria: Public Speaking Skills / Able to become public speaker Basic data processing (i.e excel/spreadsheet formula, pivot) Bachelor degree Fluent in English Good communication skills Sales & negotiation skills and experience Ability to work independently and detail oriented Able to work under pressure and target Photo and Video editing skills Willing to be placed at Bandung, work both on field and office.
