1. Melaksanakan operasional resto dan pengawasan kinerja crew/karyawan 2. Management restoran (stock opname, prosedur opening hingga closing, dsb.) 3. Melaksanakan fungsi koordinator, manajemen sdm (mis. training karyawan baru), optimalisasi operasional resto, dan penjadwalan karyawan 4. Dapat mem-back-up pekerjaan crew dan siap ditempatkan di semua station (server, kitchen, bar, kasir, dsb.)place of work
