1) Melakukan monitoring resource, network dan aplikasi 2) Memastikan seluruh service normal 3) Melakukan pengecekan network dan service aplikasi 4) Melakukan eskalasi ke leader maupun vendor jika menemukan alert dalam waktu kurang dari 10 menit 5) Melakukan Reporting setiap 15 menit sekali 7) Membuat report setiap akhir shiftplace of work
