About the position
* Territory & Visit Scheduling: Create and manage territory assignments and daily visit schedules, adjusting as needed for maximum coverage. * Sales Data Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data, identify field blockers, and collaborate with HQ to implement improvements. * Training & Coaching: Provide training and on-the-spot coaching to enhance team skills, customer interactions, and reporting. * Field Audits: Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with policies and service standards, offering immediate feedback. * Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback to improve service quality and field operations. * Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize routes and scheduling to boost efficiency and reduce travel time. * Risk & Compliance: Ensure field activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and agreements. * Quality Control: Conduct random quality checks to ensure transaction accuracy and service quality. * Stock Monitoring: Monitor product stock levels and manage reordering to ensure field readiness.place of work
