About the position
Job Description 1. Mengelola sosial media dan e-commerce (handle ads Shopee, Tokopedia, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, dll) 2. Handling complaint di e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, dll) 3. Mencari customer secara online hingga deal 4. Membuat sales order dan penawaran produk 5. Menjaga komunikasi dengan customer dan follow up secara berkala 6. Melakukan penagihan kepada customer untuk pelunasan proyek Kualifikasi - Pria/Wanita usia max 30 - SMA/SMK - Paham dengan dunia digital - Up to date dengan perkembangan teknologi dan trend di sosial media - Memiliki pengalaman di bidang serupa minimal 1 tahun - Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik - Disiplin, kreatif, dan target orientedplace of work
