About the position
Deskrispsi Pekerjaan : 1. Melakukan sourcing kebutuhan karyawan cabang dan administrasi proses seleksinya 2. Melakukan administrasi kekaryawanan mulai dari karyawan masuk, pendaftaran absensi, karyawan rotasi, promosi dan demosi, performance review tahunan, pemberian sanksi karyawan serta karyawan keluar, termasuk pencatatan dan penyimpanan dokumennya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku 3. Melakukan administrasi pengajuan lembur karyawan cabang, sumbangan karyawan, jaminan sosial dan fasilitas karyawan, seperti MOP & penyimpanan BPKB MOP 4. Melakukan administrasi terkait general affairs cabang, seperti pengelolaan asset, barang cetakan dan ATK Kualifikasi: 1. Pendidikan minimal D3 2. Senang dengan pekerjaan operasional 3. Komunikatif & teliti 4. Fresh graduate/pengalaman di bidang administrasi/operasional sumber daya manusiaplace of work
