About the position
• Implement and maintain financial controls within organization • Administer day-to-day accounting data such as administering third parties invoices, execute payment to vendors, checking cash flow with payment gateway, etc. • Responsible for billing activities, accounts payable and accounts receivable • Lodge cash/ cheque and maintain daily petty cash balance and manage minimum cash payment to support daily operational • Do the calculation, reporting and all kind of tax payment • Make a financial report and tax report • Do routine stock opname • Perform general bookkeeping Technical and Specific Requirements 1. Full time with age not more than 26 years old 2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Tax with min. GPA of 3.5 or above from reputable university 3. Min. 2 – 3 years experience in the similar position 4. Proven skill in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace 5. Has experience with Taxation process and Accounting Journals 6. E-Tax, Tax Calculation, General Accounting 7. Familiar with Accurate / Accounting software (Brevet A & B is a plus) 8. English basic is a must 9. Able to work on a deadline basis 10. Responsible, and high attention to detail 11. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills 12. Able to work hard, accurately, fast, and detail oriented 13. Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality 14. Able to join immediatelyplace of work
