-Maintenance merchant middle - up (by phone dan apabila merchant potensial dilakukan kunjungan area surabaya dan sekitarnya -Handle pending dana (by phone dan email). apabila diperlukan investigasi dengan pick up data maka dilakukan kunjungan ke lokasi -Proses perubahan alamat mesin EDC, follow up pengajuan by email untuk surat dan spotcheck kunjungan ke lokasi untuk foto lokasi -Kunjungan ke lokasi case officer, untuk survey follow up pick up data key merchant, upgrade merchant ke full fasilitas, survey merchant penurunan MDR/investigasi merchant indikasi gesek tunai dllplace of work
