About the position

- Mengatur dan memelihara catatan personel - Memperbarui basis data internal (mis., catat cuti sakit atau cuti hamil) - Menyiapkan dokumen SDM, seperti kontrak kerja dan panduan perekrutan baru - Merevisi kebijakan perusahaan - Berhubungan dengan mitra eksternal, seperti vendor asuransi, dan memastikan kepatuhan hukum - Membuat laporan dan presentasi rutin tentang metrik SDM (mis., Tingkat turnover) - Menjawab pertanyaan karyawan terkait SDM - Membantu departemen penggajian dengan memberikan informasi karyawan yang relevan (misalnya cuti, hari sakit dan jadwal kerja) - Mengatur akomodasi perjalanan dan memproses formulir pengeluaran - Berpartisipasi dalam proyek SDM (misalnya membantu mengatur acara bursa kerja)
